Pro rata increase in sale price in case of plot size exceeding 300 sq yds.
 
 NOTE :
   
1. The rebate, if any. Shall be adjusted in the price. However cost of additional built-up area shall be charged as applicable.
   
2. Installment Call Notice by the Builder to the effect that installment has become due as stated above shall be final and binding. It is made clear that timely payment of installments is the essence of the contract.
   
3. In exceptional circumstance. The Builder may in its sole discretion condone the delay in payment by charging interest @ 24% p.a. In the event of the builder waiving the right of forfeiture and accepted interest on that account from the Villa Buyer. No right whatsoever would accrue to any other defaulting Villa Buyers.
   
4. The Prices mentioned above are inclusive of the External Development Charges. In case if there is any increase in External Development Charges as demanded by Authorities in connection with the aforesaid scheme . The some shall be payable additionally on pro rate by the Villa Buyer to the Builder on demand.
   
5. Stamp duty, registration charges, legal and documentation charges etc. are in addition to the aforesaid price.
   
6. The other terms and conditions would be as per the standard allotment letter of the Company.
   
7. Prices are subject to revision without prior notice.
   
  No extra cost for : 7.5 KW power back-up, pool, pool deck & filtration plant, kitchen                                 cabinets, water body/ fount.
  Optional                     :  Light, fans, geysers, cupboards and grills.
