Named after the world’s longest river that cleaves through Egypt, The Nile has been positioned by its promoters, the Omaxe Group, as an ideal blend of ancient charm and contemporary facilities. This project is located on the Sohna-Gurgaon road in Gurgaon.

Located in Sector 49, The Nile is best approached by turning left from Rajiv Chowk (if you are coming from Delhi-side) and going onto the Gurgaon-Sohna Road. It is located inside Uppal’s Southend. Several of Omaxe Group’s other projects -- Omaxe Plaza, House 2 Home Mall and Wedding Mall in close vicinity.

The project has multi-storied apartments and penthouses in nine majestic towers, reminiscent of the grandeur of ancient Egyptian cities such as Cairo and Luxor. The names of the towers also echo the great Egyptian tradition -- Sphinx, Giza, Abyoos and Memnon. Ample open spaces are strewn with the right combination of majestic Egyptian architecture and futuristic planning, making it quite distinctive. The Nile comprises as many as 432 apartments located inside nine towers. Two towers will house four-bedroom apartments with servant rooms, while the remaining seven will have three-bedroom apartments with servant rooms. A total of 12 penthouses are also on offer. The projects developers say that the colony is almost sold out with only “a few apartments remaining.”
