The Government of Uttar Pradesh conceived a plan for
the development of Hi-Tech Townships throughout the
State. The basic idea was
To ease the congestion in the
existing towns which had failed to provide the
desired infrastructure like roads, electricity,
water, sanitation, pollution free environment,
traffic congestion etc.,
To meet the growing demand of new towns and houses
with state of the art infrastructure.
Keeping in view the same, the Government
of Uttar Pradesh decided to invite bidders from throughout
the country for developing new modern towns in the
State.

Now on the basis of the selection by the High Powered
Committee, the Govt. of U.P. has earmarked land measuring
more than 1500 acres to be developed as a Hi-tech
township by our company. The Govt. has already started
acquiring this piece of land which falls on NH 24
Delhi-Hapur road which will cater to ever growing
need for a self contained township in and around Delhi
within the NCR region.
Basic
Infrastructure within the township.
Water Supply
: We will be developing all necessary
infrastructures to fulfill the per capita demand of
water per day for various usages like drinking &
other purpose, with the necessary back-up arrangements.
This has been planned based on all nearby sources
of water. This is inclusive of adequate capacity water
treatment plant & storage facilities etc.
Power Supply :
Assured electricity supply through captive power plant
(24 x 7). This will ensure sufficient quantity of
power supply to all residents, by using latest distribution
systems. Internal Road
Network : To ensure free flow of
traffic in the township which would cater to the future
expected development, we shall provide wide internal
roads and sufficiently large sector roads. The minimum
size of the internal road shall be 12M. Education : We shall be providing
sufficient areas for Colleges, Schools, Nursery Schools,
Creches etc., to cater to ever growing demand in the
township. We shall also be providing Sports Complexes
for overall growth of the children of the township. Shopping and Entertainment :
Township will have world class facilities in the shape
of Shopping Malls, Retail Space, Food Courts, Restaurants,
Cineplexes, Golf Course, Sports Complexes etc., to
cater to entertainment and shopping. Apart from this,
Wholesale and Retail Trading Complexes and Vegetable
Markets will also be provided. Parking Facilities : Keeping
in view of the existing and future needs of parking
requirements for a large township, we shall be providing
various parking lots for adequate parking in the township
matching international standards. Community Centres : Adequate
areas will be earmarked for the banquet halls and
community centres for cultural, festival and religious
requirement for the residents will be provided in
the township. Safety and Security : Keeping
in view the ever growing need for safety and security,
it has been decided that the total township will be
boundary walled with fencing and limited entry and
exit to the township within high electronic security
well as efficient and trained staff will be looking
after the security and safety of the township making
it one of the secured townships in India. Separate Police District :
Separate Police District created by the U.P. State
government for the safety & security of the city.
Grand Entry To The Township
: There will be a grand entry to the township
which will be of 16 lanes to cater to the requirement
of the township and will be attended by trained security
staff as well as electro mechanical systems for controlled
entry.
